Who has got tips to increase the speed with which data is loaded in a data warehouse?
We are working in a DB2-environment mainframe.

Thanks

Would depend on the structure of the datawarehouse. The datavault architecture ( is especially equipped with fast and efficient loading.
More generally, dropping indices and refering RI during load would increase load times. I have no mainframe experience, so this may no apply..

You may even wonder if RI should be enabled at all in your DWH. It should be taken care of by the only source of mutations: your ETL code.

As I don't have any experience on DB2 can not be of help here.
