Tips for RHCE

I plan to take RHCE. And I need to pass 3 different types test (Multiple choice question, debug server and server installation/configuration) of exam for RH300.
Anybody can share the experience to pass RHCE exam ?
My concern is debug server part. I don't know about debug server .How should I prepare myself for RHCE exam ?

Even I am planning to take RHCE eaxm, but i dont know head
and tail of it, can u pls suggest me as to how should i
start preparing for that, and what would be the fees for it,
will i be able to take up the test within india , etc etc etc
pls i dont want any of the url links.
