If you ever have light stripes on a page, especially those that don't go away after 3 cleanings, here is a tip:
If you know how to print a full page of solid color (black, cyan, magenta or yellow) print it the highest quality/ photo quality 1200 DPI.
I had two jets that wouldn't clear after 3 cleanings AND powering down the printer for over 4 hours and starting back up. But I had a project to print. I noticed that printing at 1200 DPI pushes the ink through all the nozzles and clears it up. This does not seem to work at any other resolution. But 3-4 pages at 1200 DPI cleared theproblem up.
Wish I knew that before wasting all that ink.
