Was having a problem where I could PING IP addresses outside my network - but names wouldn't resolve. Such a simple little thing, spent WAY too much time on it.
Solution:
1. LOAD INETCFG
2. Select 'Protocols'
3. Select 'TCP/IP'
4. Select 'DNS Resolver Configuration'
5. Enter Domain Name (if you have one,
else leave it blank)
6. Enter at least one DNS server (IP address, not names).
6. Press 'ESC' and answer 'Save'
7. Exit INETCFG
Baddabing Baddabang - Names now resolve!
