Timezone issue b/w MS Access Client & PostgreSQL

I have an MS Access client which uses PostgreSQL as the backend via ODBC, this client is running on various NT boxes which have EST as timezone while the postgresql db box is on GMT, my question is how can I make my MS Access client to communicate with postgresql in GMT timezone regardless of whatever the operating systems timezone is.
