Can anyone help me by showing me how to go about creating a report that resembles a weekly timetable???

On the left side will be a list of times in 30min increments, across the top will be the days of the week, sunday first (as ya do).

If an entry is made for a certain day/timeperiod then it will show in the appropriate timeslot...

Is there a way to do this with access reports or do i have to write VBA to actually generate the design?

Im proficient in VBA and Relational DBs but this has got me stuck

Any help appreciated

There is a great Hotel Reservations database on this site:
No, it's not what you want but it's main form sounds like it's formatted to what you want. It has the days of the week at the top of the form and the room numbers (or time increments) at the left side of the form. It's also flexible enough so that the days of the week across the top move dynamically when the month changes, and it's perpetual! This was created by BillPower, another Tek-Tip'er. Hope this helps.
