Timestamp_format is not libl function

While working on as400 database,while converting decimal value which holds date data,I am trying to use timestamp and timestamp_format but getting error as timestamp_format is not libl function..Please help

In the redbook SQL Procedures, Triggers, and Functions on IBM DB2 for i on pp. 186-187 you will find a function DEC2DATE which converts a date of datatype DECIMAL(8) in the format YYYYMMDD into the date value YYYY-MM-DD.
