Timestamp Datatype in Target Qualifier

Hi All,

We are using informatica 7.1 and are having a problem with the Timestamp data type in a mapping. This shows as a long raw data type in the Target Qualifier and does not allow to link the port (Soure data type is Date in oracle). I read in some forums that Informatica 8 supports this Timestamp data type, but was wondering if there is any work around in 7.1.
