Timeslots on MGCP gateway

I am using a 1760 and 2651 router for Local PSTN calls. When I add the MGCP commands in and they pull the config down from the call manager the E1 controller always come up with the following for the 1760

controller E1 1/0
pri-group timeslots 1-6,16 service mgcp

and the following for a 2651

controller E1 1/0
pri-group timeslots 1-12,16 service mgcp

i have 30 channels enabled on the ISDN 30 so I am unsure as to why it only selecting this amount of timeslots.

Can anybody shed any light on this?

what kind of hardware modules do you use? please state the type number here.
