Is there a way to set the Gantt Chart timescale to display a specific date range? We have a project file that rolls over from year to year and I would like to be able to have the Gantt time scale display only the current year (ie. Jan 1 - Dec 31 of the current year). Currently it starts displaying in 2004, which I think was the original creation date of the file. I am using the CTRL + ALT + HOME workaround to have it display starting at the current date, but the actual timescale still starts in 2004 and it just slides the view to the current date.

Is there any option or setting (or any other way) to specify the timescale date range to display? Thanks in advance.

Create a macro, assign it to a shortcut key. Macro has one line:

EditGoTo Date:=Now()

You could also assign it to the file open event (but I wouldn't).
