Times New Roman prints as Arial

I have a problem where just one word in a PageMaker page is printing as Arial when it should be Times New Roman - looks like it is on the monitor and all properties of the word say that it is Times.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Aussiegirl63,

Very frustrating. Did you import the text from Word or other WP source?

Try this.

Slect the entire paragraph by triple clicking over the text using the text tool.

Cut the text and paste it into Notepad.

Now copy the text in Notepad and paste it back into Pm in the right place. Apply the required style from the style palette.

That should clear it.
