Hello, can anyone tell me how can i create a real time timer that is attached to d form. in HH:MM:SS format.. starts from 00:00:00. like a stop watch. stop and go...

In the "Solutions" that came with VFP, there is a sample of a stopwatch.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual FoxPro 7\Samples\Solution
or
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\MSDN98\98VS\1033\SAMPLES\VFP98\Solution
