Hey, me again :)

I have 2 frames, a left and a right (duh!). Now when my session times out or I abanden my session I want to reload both pages.

1. I know it's something with global.asa and Session_OnEnd but I just don't find it.

2. Is it enough if I set the link too global.asa in my left frame? because the left frames stays always the same page?

thanx for your help

I'm not sure if I totally understand what you are saying, but let me give you some information on how sessions work with frames.

If the frames are the first page you hit, each frame is assigned it's own Session number. So by using the session number from the left side, the right side session number will be totally different.

the only way around this is by assigning the session number BEFORE frames are used on your site (either doing it on a splash page, or some other homepage, anything along those lines)

From there, you should be able to successfully track a user's session, and their session_onend.

I haven't personally used frames with ASP, but I have run into a couple articles addressing it, and they all pretty much said what I just told you.

good luck
