In 1 frame, I have a timeout function that increments a cookie value by '1' every 10 seconds. If a page is requested in any frame, that cookie value goes to '0'.
If the value goes to '180', all the frames go blank except for one where you can log back in. It works except sometimes the timing seems a little off, except for 1 office where it never times out at all.

What could be the problem ?
Could that office have some browser setting causing this ?
If so, what setting ?

Thank you very much.
