Timeout problem - SX2000 1

I recently reused some old and brand new analogue trunks on an SX2000 to dial out. The are configured on 2 x LS/GS cards.

They are std loop circuits, with std co circuit descriptors, and COS.

The digit mod is std with no inserts [just stripping the 9].

I/C calls are fine.

However, if you make an outgoing call after around 2mins 40secs the call is terminated and TIMEOUT is displayed on the SS430.

This happens on 8 existing and 8 new trunks.

I have gone through the timers, circuit descriptors, COS, etc, with no success.

When switching the routes to the trunk group of an existing PRI link the calls are fine with no TIMEOUT message and disconnection. I have even tried using the COS of the PRI trunks with no success.

I searched for TIMEOUT on folio and there was nothing to go for really, like i say I am not inserting <T01> etc in digit mod.

Help would gladly be received.

Thanks,

Mitie.

If it turns out to be the Answer Supervision timer as I suggested in the other post, I get the star this time, not MitelMatt (Mister riding on my coat tails) ;-)
