Hi All,

As i wanted to configure a secure access to internet for Wireless users, i configure my ASA5505 in Cut-Through proxy mode.

My end users now need to authenticate on a Radius server attached with a prompt displaid on the browser.

By default there is a 10min timeout implemented.
My problem is that this tiemout occure even if using the browser.

I would like to implement this kind of timeout :
When the user grant access, he is authenticaded for X hours. If the brwoser stay open, he is still authenticated and don't need to reauthenticate since the tiemout end.
If never the browser is closed, i would like that after 10 minute, the user need to re authenticate if never he wants to go to internet.

I have blocked the port range 1 to 65535.

Hopping somebody would help.
Regards

You can only have one timeout as the Asa isn't going to know the status of the web browser.

Brianinms, thani you for this reply.
So their is no way to configure the kind of timeout that i would like to configure?

What are the TCP and UDP timeout for?
Thx!
