timeout on 172.20.....

Hello

When I am trying to conect to device throught
Cisco View I receive timeout 172.20....
Probable cause
Possibly due to lack of connectivity to the host,
invalid community string or busy device

Recomended action :
Verify connectivity to host and a community string
Try increasing timeout value throught the preference
options

I test ping and change community string passwords
and increased timeout value throught the preference
options but does not help
