Timeout/Network error. MICROS 5.5 with internet connected to the Micros Network

Hey guys . We installed EMV terminals up front of house.Micros 5.5 MR2 Win10. worked great for a year until comcast came in and did something..... Now the micros terminals lose connection with server every 30-45 mins or so. they just have to push "no'....goes for another 30 mins... Yes both cards are plugged into the same switch with different subnets. so is comcast. any thoughts?

i think they changed your IP address and those devices are programmed to look for something specific. you will need to call comcast and asked what they did to your modem. like if they turned off dhcp or changed the ip address of the modem. I recently helped one of my friends his network went down after comcast replaced the modem they put the modem in a different subnet than the pos where programmed and this caused the communication to fail.
