Hi,

Is there a setting in CE10 that will timeout an inactive user after a specified time, i.e. the Enterprise session expires.

CE documentation mentions something about a setting in a page that needs to be manually amended but where?

Thanks.

Crystal Management Console (CMC)
Servers
Cache Server
Minutes Before an Idle Connection is Closed
The default is 20 minutes; you can adjust it accordingly.

The Web Component Server also has a 20 minute timeout that can be changed programmatically in .csp pages, or on the command line of the WCS:
Open the Crystal Configuration Manager on the server
Select the WCS
Right-click or use the icon bar to show the Properties
In the Command field, add the argument -defaultSessionTimeout minutes

I believe that the page server also has this setting, at least in previous versions.
