Currently, I'm having an issue with file transfers timing out while downloading to our local server. I am checking the $XFERSTATUS (in a while loop for 1), also, I'm doing "waitfor" for different conditions sent to the terminal display. I can't seem to handle the timeout issue. Help would be very appreciated.

Do you see this problem if you perform the file transfer without using your script? If you go to and look at the first sample script, it shows a better way to check for $XFERSTATUS than is in the ASPECT help files. The example itself is for downloads, but it should be very easy to modify the logic to apply to uploads instead.

I ran into this issue with downloading files. Try adding the word FOREVER to the end of the wait for line it seems that the wait only waits for 30 seconds before timing out unless you specify a time limit.
