We have a customer with a BCM200/callpilot. they are 2 companies sharing the system. each company has their own lines. i have a greeting table and a ccr tree set up for each company to pick up on their specific lines.

My question is, where do i set the 0/timeout option so that for company A it goes to a specific extension(301) and for company b it goes to another(401)?

is this in the table? the tree? the bcm 200?

in the table. you will also need to change it in the personal mailboxes, it is called target attendant, and needs to be changed in the mailbox by logging into it, this determins where 0 goes from the mailbox. default goes to the system operator, so if one company is bigger leave them default, and change the group that is smaller.

Is it called target attendant in the table as well?

where in the mailboxes do i find target attendant? is it under admin?

thanks!

in the table it is called Attendant Extension. Look at the callpilot quick referance guide, it will show you where to go for target attendant. it is changed by loggin into the mailbox, that is why I recomended doing this to the smaller group.
