I have a skill configured for 45 second Timed ACW interval. Every agent logged in to the skill goes to ACW after a call as expected except for one agent. This agent goes immediately back to Available after a call. I can't find any setting other than at the hunt/skill level that effects it. Any idea what could cause one agent to not work?

If only one agent is behaving differently, check that Agent. Perhaps the ACW time was specifically set for this one agent while the rest are using "system".

Also check the agent, to make sure that one agent does not have a another skill that is not set to timed ACW.
