I've linked Access to an ODCB database with our timeclock information in it. The timeclock database includes employee number, date, direction (in or out) & time. I need to create a timeclock report similar to below:

John Doe
Mon 7/8/02 in 7:00am
Mon 7/8/02 out 11:30am 4:30 hours
Tue 7/9/02 in 7:00am
Tue 7/9/02 out 11:45am 4:45 hours
Total hours John Doe 9:15

I can get the formatting just fine, but I don't know how to get the hours calculated. If it needs to be done through VB, I'm not that familiar with it.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Connie
