I have a client server app (Win98 Client/Win2000 Server). On the client I keep getting a message "Error 100048 -address already in use". If I look in NETSTAT the port is in TIME_WAIT. After a few minutes this disapears until next time. I'm using the Winsock control to close the port.

Any Ideas?
