Hello, we have MM 3.0 and have locations throughout the US. We were told that we could set up our Subscribers so that when retrieving their messages it would reflect the time zone that they reside in.

On the Subscriber form within Mailbox Manager all of our Subscribers have a default of "0". When Right-Clicking it states to "Enter one of the defined time zones in the VMD summary object (see the MAS)". Does anyone know where/how we can define our time zones?

Your assistance is always much appreciated!

i have done it in the past based on COS. simply change it there, name the COS to reflect the timezone and apply to the relevant mailboxes.

It's not letting me.... it states that I must define the time zones first before I can enter them in the COS. ???

Any idea where to define them first?

I have never had to define them it just shows a pull down of all the time zones in the COS of the MSS. Or are you using a Exchange backend?

OK, for anyone who cares.... MM 3.0

The following numbers are what need to be used in the Time zone field on the COS form. Then, any subscriber using that COS will have the corresponding Timestamp notification on their messages, regardless of what the MSS is using.

Eastern Time Zone 140
Central Time Zone 100
Mountain Time Zone 80
Pacific Time Zone 50

Hope someone will find this of some use someday. Thanks again for your effort!
