I have an access database that is used in 2 different time zones. The entries are date and time stamped when they are entered which is based on the system date of the person who is entering the record. I use a auto number field in order to identify the most recent entry, but would like to be able to adjust the time stamp to one time zone based on who/where the entry was made.

Is there a way to automatically adjust the time stamp when the record is entered so that the time zone is consistent in all records? Right now we have a report that will show that the last change was made at say 5:36 pm and we look to see who made the change in order to tell if that is 5:36 Eastern or 5:36 Central time zones. The easiest solution would be to indicate central/eastern based on query information that feeds the report, but the records would still be confusing when looking at them later.

Thanks for any help you can give.
