Hi all,

I have this following issue.
Call focus 3.
OS is and XP.
This is a Digital Logger.
Logger Only.
My issue is when i configure the time zone with GMT .4 and configure the time. i start making calls, when i do a query i see that the time is 4hrs ahead but i have audio. when i change the clock to Greenwich time, i make a call, do the query see the time is ok ,, but dont have any audio.

any idea need help. thanks

If you are going back in time (i.e Moving 1 hour behind, or in your case 4), you have to disable the Logger for 4 hours and 1 minute so that there are no duplicate entries in the database. Once this time is over, restart the server, login and let the Logger start up again.

Going ahead 1 hour is ok, as the database jumps ahead 1 hour as well rather than duplicating entries from an hour before.

Hi

in logger sw 9.06 the logger is recording in UTC time. By UTC I mean Greenwich time with no daylightsavings.

This works good for Niceperform and if you have senario replay or Last message replay.

If you are using 8.9 query you can disable w32time, set the logger to Greenwich time and adjust the clock to your local time.
