Is there a way to stamp incoming / outgoing email with GMT time zone?

I have two groups of users, one on GMT and another on a different timezone. As they both connect to the GMT based exchange 5.5 server, all emails sent have GMT time, but do not state that they are from this time zone which is confusing those in the other zones...

Software is: Windows 2000, Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000.
