Time to live dial pad 1

new t1, to a voice service, pager interface, acod is 5988, build a acd to send 5955 to 5988, so 5955 is used from outside access.. unit auto answers asking for a pager id number, works great from outside, from inside i an getting a 10 second delay (or so) before a i get a live keypad so i am sending dtmf. i adjusted the timers on the route but without much help, any sugestions would be great. here's the rdb

I notice IMM start. I assume this connects to your paging company's paging terminal (switch). Are you sure they are not set for wink start?

i tried wink, with no response, i am getting correct and tear down, just a delay when i dial the acd or acod to page from internal, works great from external. i built a dsc instead of the acd and that works int but from external, does not work at all.. is this monday or what

thanks arch, i found a work around using a combo of acd's dsc and a new entry in the idc.. same number works for both, i jsut hope no one tries to make a change on it if i am not here. thanks again

Sounds like a Monday thing for sure. If you direct access this via a maint set, do you get the imm or delayed response?
