Hi,

All of my XP Pro workstations are configured by default to sync with "time.windows.com". Obviously, in a Domain environment I do not want this, so I run "net time /setsntp:" to clear it on my master machine that I create my images from. Then I Sysprep it, and when the SID is regenerated during the Mini-Setup process, the SNTP server goes back to "time.windows.com".

I have a computer startup script in the local machine policy that will do the job for me, but I was wondering if there is a neater "official" way. All searches (Google, Google Groups, MS KB, Technet) have so far turned up absolutely nothing helpful.

Cheers,

MH
