Time sync error 1314

Hi:
I have a dc at remote site which is run eastern time zone.
i have second dc at centeral time zone.
soon i promote that to dc (centeral time zone site)
i unable to logon to domain. its complaining about time difference
and i think becasue one dc located at estern time & other one is in centeral time.
how can i fix this?
