It has to do with daylight savings time. Unfortunately to keep it from happening every year you have to upgrade to a newer release. This is one of many tricks to get it corrected until next year.
1. Check the PBX in LD 2 and ensure time is correct.
2. Ensure 'Automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time' check box is checked on CallPilot server.
3. If CallPilot server time does not match, set it to match.
4. Change the Time Zone to another Time Zone. (e.g. MST) Time should again be off. Change the time to match the
PBX again.
5. Set the Time Zone back to the correct Time Zone (e.g. CST). Time should again be off. Change the time to match
again.
6. Stop and restart the CallPilot Time Service in Services.
