Time Setting For SIP Phones with SV9100, SV8100

Hello ,
for SIP Phone connected with SV9100 or SV8100 , the time and date always wrong and seems to be default 1-1-2003 and 00:00
this issue is faced with Grandstream and NEC Baseline sip pro ,

I had set the time in the phone with Server NTP and port 123 from NEC PBX , but the settings doesnt applied
