Time service in mixed domain (4.0/2K)

I have a domain that is migrating from 4.0 to Win2K. I have one Win2K server that I want to be the time server for the domain. It is a member server of the 4.0 domain, but when I migrate to 2K it will be a domain controller.

Our current NT4 PDC is at another WAN location.

I can't find anything online for how to set up a member server and then have the other servers synch with it. Any ideas out there?
