I am looking for a utility to use my Server as the Master Time Server for all other PC's connected to the network, Xp and 2000 to poll on a regular basis, so that I can keep all the clocks running at the same time as the Server

Your PDC Emulator is your networks time server.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

There are no more PDC's! There are DC's with FSMO roles!

you canuse Group Policy if you must set a manual NTP server

Default Domain Policy under Computer config/Admin Templates/System/Windows Time Service

use net time command on your server to set it as the NTP mster
