Time Server of IP Office

TIME SERVER Problem......
I have a problem with IPO Small Office and 403 System.
Software Version 2.0.18
but we have not the Manager PC RUN, and we have not a Voice Mail Pro.

on the System we can config a IP Adress from a Intern or Extern Time Server.

I have configer the IP Adresse from a Time Server Inter, but the IPO changed the Time NOT.

What i Make fail????

Do you have a firewall profile configured for your internet connection?
if so you will probably need to add a custom option to open up outbound access to the ntp port

We have open all ports to the firewall. We have Install on the seperate PC a NTP Server and config on the IP Office the IP Adress from this PC but the IP Office Change not the Time.

the firewall only needs to be open if the NTP server is not on the local network (ie an internet time server)

I can see no reason why the IPO is not getting its time from the time server PC but I will make some tests later tonight

IPGuru - I read in the manual that the system will use an NTP server, the voicemail pro system or the manager PC as a time source, I added the manager PC ip address as the time server IP, does the manager application provide basic NTP support or do I also need to load NTP services on my manager PC?

if the manager app is running it acts as a time server for the IPO nothing else is needed

Create a System Phone and set it once, this is only if you are using 2030 or 2050.
