i am having a problem setting up time profiles.
if i use the for incoming call routing i would set default to go to AAbusiness_open and after hours MON - FRI 5pm to 7AM to go to AAbusiness_closed but it only goes to the default not the closed.
and if i use them for AA greetings and i set morning 7AM to 5PM mon - fri and i try to set after hours to mon - fri 5pm to 7AM it only plays the open greeting and at night u get no greeting. can somebody point me in the right directions to using these time profiles they just don't work for me.
