I have an office that their voicemail gets routed too an off site office that is on Audix. What we are trying to acomplish is to make hours of operation not route to voicemail. So in theory M-F from 9-5 keep calls on site, after hours and weekends allow voicemail. I believe this can be done via the time profile and hunt groups, any suggestions? Also I do not want to have a group mailbox for each hunt group. I would rather it go to their personal voicemail after hours. Please any help is much appreiciated.
