I have a scenario of an announcement message playing in the day and an auto attendant for night service. I have set up a time profile _ 7:30 till 17:30 for day and 17:31 till 07:29 for night. On my incoming call route I have set up the appropriate announcement message for day and night, eg VM:Message1 - Fall back to group 899(day) and VM:Message2 - no fall back as it goes to auto attendant. Cannot get time profile to work. Any suggestions kindly appreciated. Also can one set up manual operation in this scenario or any suggestions for the above. Version 10.1.0.1.0 build 3. My announcement messages are both working.
Thanking you in anticipation.

We do this all the time without a problem.
Program a button with the action set to "Time Profile" and the telephonenumber with the name of the time profile.
Pressing that button allows you to set/unset the time profile actice/unactive or latched on or off until next switching time.

It should be set up to be the Night servive as the default. Day service as the time profile. If you need the night profile It should be 17:31 to 23:59 and a second one from 12:00AM to 07:29. Time profiles don't cross midnight. Another thing that can throw people is that the time profiles read bottom to top.
