Time Profile Not Working 2

Hi ...

I configured new time profile for incoming call route purpose as follows:

when testing it after change the time after 5:00 PM. it's not working.
is there something i missing in programming ?

You are exceeding a 24 hour schedule. Rather than define closed hours, define open hours. Keep it all within a 24 hours day. So your open time would be 09:00 to 17:00. You do not need to define closed hours for the weekend, just do not check them as included in e schedule. All you need is one time entry.

opening times are best used for time profiles on groups
for the ICR just add another time segment so you have 17:00-23:59 & then 00:00 to 09:00
