Using Crystal to create a report from data in an Access 97 (SR2)Database, how do I print a time. I can print time using an access report, but the only formatting that I can see in Crystal is for Y, M and D.

Do I need to upgrade?

Thanks in advance [sig][/sig]

Go into File - Report Options.
Make sure that the you are not converting the Date-Time to a Date. That will take off the time. This will change the data types of all of the date fields in the report, so if may affect your formulas.

If you want this as a default on new reports, use File - Options - Reporting Tab [sig]<p>Ken Hamady- href= Reports Training by Ken Hamady</a><br>[/sig]
