Time parameter query not working

I have up a query to pull records between 7p - 7a (nursing shift with a date range. The one I wrote for 7a - 7p is working fine.

On the Time field this is my criteria:
>=#7:00:00 PM# and <=#7:00:00 AM#

Why isn't this one working? I used this same criteria for the other query just opposite times.

maybe you should try
>=#7:00:00 PM# and <=#12:00:00 PM#
and >=#00:00:00 AM# and <=#7:00:00 AM#

Nevermind. I think I figured out what I was doing wrong.
