Hi all

Am getting the following entry in /var/adm/messages file on an Netra T1 . Applications continue to run .

timeout reset bus target=2 lun=0
ghd_timer_newstate: HBA reset failed hba 0xac800 gcdmp 0x279778 gtgtp 0x1a4cc8.

Would appreciate receiving info on what could be causing this.

is a Netra T1 105 ? seems to be the IDE target of a netra T1 105, if is a T1 105 with a eeprom < 3.10.27, try first upgrade T1 105 eeprom to 3.10.27, solves some issues with tty ports and IDE cdrom, also check if you have a recent (8_Recommended) patch bundle (same here).

Thanks for the input. It is a Netra 105. THe server has been up for more than a couple of months and this is the first time this error has been flagged and nothing has been changed in the application environment. Will check out the patch levels and eeprom level .
