TIME ON DISPLAY NOT WORKING

There is a feature called static time and date. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but feature 806 turns it on and feature #806 turns it off. Give it a try and see if it gets the clock ticking.

Static time and date simply keeps the time showing, it doesnt start the clock.
