The customer has analog trunks from a channel bank with caller id. I change the time and when the next call comes in I get my caller id and it changes the time again. Thanks
If auto time & date is set to Y under System Programming - Feature Settings then the time will update on every incoming call to a caller ID trunk. Set this to N if the time is being set incorrectly. Ask the CLEC if the time is coming from their network or the channel bank, and then ask if it can be corrected.
