Time on Call Logs an hour behind

I have an IP Office DS on 3.0.44 which is working ok except that when the user looks at the call logs on the phone the times are an hour behind. Call Status/Monitor and the phones show the correct time.

Does a reboot of the phone itself help any??

Not seen that before. Sounds like it could be 3.0x bug (there were plenty!!)

I unplug the phone for 10 sec and plug back. when boot up, now the log was good for the new calls. done on 4.1.9

Thanks for the replies. I have asked the EU to reset the phone and let me know. Also logged with distributor.

This has been around forever. I see it all the time mostly with older systems in the 3.1 range. a reboot of the phone or the system usually fixes it.

Is this a problem with phones not updating time after GMT>BST or whatever it is in the states????

Basically not changing time when system does??

I've never come accross it before, but I would bet most customers don't even pay that much attention!!! I know I don't look at the times on my 5410!!

the only time i have ever seen it is with Daylight savings. I think what happens is the phone system changes without a reboot on its own and the phones dont update. i think on the sites you have to login and manually get the system to change time it does not show up because you reboot to sync the time.
