Time Off on NICE Analyzer Report Reports

Ever since the change to DST, the time shown for calls on all our NICE Analyzer reports are ahead by 1 hour, even though the time shown on the server desktop is correct. How can I correct this? We have had the system for years and this has never happened before.

NICE Analyzer rel. 3.0.2.3
Avaya CMS R12
 
Analyzer gets it data feeds from the CMS every ten minutes. If your reports are off you should check the time on the CMS. Perhaps it was not adjusted properly for DST.
