Time off by approximately 2 minutes

Has anyone else experienced time on AVYA systems being almost 2 minutes off? We are on 6.3 and all server get NTP from our core switch, which in turn gets time from our Windows DC. The time on the core switch and widows DC is correct.

Yeah, they don't recommend windows for that. Got a Linux box that can do it?
