So I've searched on this and I think I'm just confusing myself on how to set up time of day routing. I have a front desk with DID 1000 on the phone. Between 7:30am and 4:30pm I want the calls from outside to go to 1000. Between 4:30pm and 7:30am I want the calls to go to Unity. What is the best way to set this up and how? I've been reading about creating a CTI RP, but I can't have a CTI RP with DN 1000 and a phone with DN 1000. Others say to use Unity rather than Time of Day, but I'm a little confused on that as well.
