I have created a time-of-day routing and a second partition group along with a special COR so that the phones on our manufacturing floor can not be used to dial out after 5:00 or before 8:00 am. There are two glitches though. I would also like to be able to block incomming calls to these extensions after hours as well. Lastly, 911 calls are blocked when this is applied to a phone. I have the ARS set up the same in both partition groups for 911 and 11 so I'm not sure why it is not working. Any input is appreciated.

As far as the 911 problem is concerned, you probaly have 911 calls going out over the same route pattern as all other calls. You need to create a separate route pattern for 911 calls only, & give it a low FRL. We actually set up 2 route patterns for 911, on to handle 9 + 911 and another to handle peopel who forget to dial 9 first. You do that by routing 11 strings to the special route pattern, strip the 2 digits off 7 insert 911. Then you define 11 as alrt in the ARS Analysis. As far as blocking incoming calls, if there are only 2 or 3 phones involved & you have an attendant console, why not make them client room COS, You can then use toll deny/allow to restrict them incoming & outgoing after hours from the Console.

Lets do this again correcting my typos:
